Can I receive a refund of my VEAP contributions?

As a VEAP participant, you are eligible to receive a refund of the unused money that you contributed to the program. To receive a refund you will need to complete a VA Form 22-5281, Application For Refund of Education Contributions (VEAP, Chapter 32, Title 38, U.S.C.) and mail it to your nearest VA Regional Office.
